Do you offer phone or live chat support?
Not at this time. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us, and it lets us track and follow up on every message properly.
How long does it take to get a reply?
We're a small team, so please allow 1–2 business days for a response. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps are usually the quickest to resolve.
Do you store the numbers I enter in the calculator?
No. All calculations run locally in your browser — nothing you type into the calculator is sent to or stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I found a bug — what should I include?
The values you entered, the result you expected vs. what you saw, and your browser/device. Screenshots help a lot too.
